DPA CORE+ Heavy Duty 4661 Omni Microphone

DPA 4661 CORE+ — Heavy-duty miniature omnidirectional lavalier microphones with DPA’s advanced CORE+ technology. Loud SPL (144 dB peak).

The 4661 heavy-duty mic is intended for situations that require maximum security and where the visual size of the mic is less important. Featuring a stainless steel housing, a heavy-duty cable relief, and a thick 2.2 mm (0.09 in) cable.

CORE+ microphones are available with MicroLock connectors. MicroLock adapters are available for compatibility with a variety connector types.

4661 CORE+ colour options: Black and Beige.

4661 CORE+ available connector types: MicroLock and 3-pin Lemo (3-pin Lemo is currently only available in Black colour).

Core+ Overview

Microphones with CORE+ provide even more clarity across the entire dynamic range, from low to high sound pressure levels.

Miniature microphones with CORE+ provide unheard levels of openness. While the original CORE allows mics to handle higher SPLs without significant artifacts up to 1% THD, CORE+ eliminates those artifacts completely.

MicroLock features a more durable construction and a newly designed locking mechanism that provides a quick, easy, and secure connection, as well as an extra layer of protection against accidentally disconnecting during use.
